Fab news again for CHFT  strokecare in the latest performance figures for teams across Yorkshire and Humber.

Our team  providing acute and rehabilitation care at CRH is the best performer in West Yorks scoring a high B – in fact  we were just 1% short of an A. Only Scunthorpe was better in the whole of the Yorks and Humber area.

As you can see the chart for marks shows As and Bs in the all key areas. (attached) The fab results for our team come at a crucial time for the service.  A consultation patch-wide is underway with a view to potentially reducing the numbers of stroke centres across West Yorkshire area.

The figures cover the period  from August to November and are issued by  SNAPP -  Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme and eagerly awaited by all stroke care providers. It scores each step of the strokecare pathway to give an overall rating.

It follows an amazing period for the team which also came second overall in the last set of SNAPP figures.
