In preparation for the roll out of EPR, our estates and porters helpdesks have merged into one.
You will notice when you contact the Helpdesk that we have introduced a voice Contact Centre. You will be advised you have reached the Estates and Porters helpdesk and what position you are in the queue.The existing numbers will take you through to the merged desk. They are HRI x7167 or HRI x 2805.
