To make sure colleagues receive their expenses in a timely manner, the date for submitting and approving expenses has changed to the 5th of the month.
All claims received or approved after this date will be processed the following month.
A new NHS Expenses Mobile app is now available to help colleagues on the go. You can record, submit and approve expenses from most mobile devices.
