Following the CCG’s decision on 20 October 2016, we have been developing our full business case (FBC), the aim of which is to secure the funding for our future plans.

This work is being led by our Director of Transformation and Partnerships Anna Basford and Assistant Director of Strategic Planning, Catherine Riley, (both pictured)  supported by NHS Improvement.

Anna and Catherine have been meeting with clinical colleagues across the Trust to refine the model and the plans for reconfiguration.
