We carry out 300,000 X-Rays and scans each year at all our sites and with appointments seven days a week.

Catherine, pictured centre, is an Advanced Practitioner in Ultrasound (sonographer).

She said: " As a profession Sonography is dynamic and ever changing, interesting and varied. There is a good opportunity for career progression and role extension  - e.g. my role has been extended and I carry out biopsy procedures

"As a Sonographer you have to demonstrate versatility and common sense in often difficult situations. I work in an excellent team with Sonographers and assistants .I enjoy dealing with a wide variety of patients in an ever increasing challenging environment."
