EPR Friends across CHFT are gearing up to support colleagues at one of the most important times ever for our Trust.
One of the first steps is to make sure people know who their EPR Friends are - so photos are being displayed in wards and departments. Sister Amy Whitehead who works on HRI's MAU had a brainwave of using a selfie frame - and got her 10 EPR Friends, who range from sisters, staff nurses and healthcare assistants to pose in the frame.
"I just wanted to do something a bit different" said Amy (pictured below). "My dad helped me pull the collage together - it really was a joint effort".
