Have you tried to lose weight and failed?
Tried all the "fad" diets at some point in time from Atkins to Diet Chef. They didn’t work. The ones that do work are the ones where you are able to eat normal every day food, but in the right quantities!
Do you sleep easily?If not how do you nod off?
Not always. If struggling, read a good book
How do you cope when feeling stressed?
Talk to people, don’t bottle it up, share your concerns because there are usually lots of people feeling the same way - then look on the bright side, things are not always as bad as they seem!
