I'm fortunate that my job means I'm not tied to the desk all day and I walk miles around CRH most days! Wear a pedometer; it gives you the incentive to do more. I regularly do 10,000+ steps a day and the best thing is you don't even realise!

How do you cope when feeling stressed?
Not very well! However, back to that one about walking, it’s a great way to clear your head, but I usually have to have a pen and paper with me as I start remembering things, even if its just what I need at Tesco!
