How do you relax away from work

I enjoy watching films and socialising. I also find bossing my husband around a great tonic!

 

How do you try and stay healthy

Eating fresh fruit and vegetables - I love a roast dinner.

 

What's your guilty pleasure

A sweet tooth - I love Icestone Gelato and can highly recommend their cheesecakes....

 

Top weight loss tip:

Er a bit difficult as I'm pregnant so use it as an excuse to indulge a bit. However normally exercise - I go to the gym (not as often as I should though) eat fresh food and cut out drinking.

 

Favourite form of exercise

Going to classes like body pump or circuits - hard going but I feel great after and going to a class really forces you to push yourself!

 

Have you tried to lose weight and failed:

More than once unfortunately - I don't think I was in the right frame of mind. When I've succeeded I've had a clear goal and plan and that had helped me stick to it.

 

How do you sleep:

I sleep quite well, I usually watch something to help me nod off and I find this relaxing and helps me switch off.

 

How do you cope when feeling stressed:

I find socialising and being around family and friends a source of strength. I also enjoy going to the gym as it helps remove pent up emotion.
