Our soup magician Matt McNickle served up at the Members Forum in the HRI Discussion Room 1. The talk was one of two this week highlighting how we are imporivng our meals choice and service to patients.

Our specialist Matron Chris Bentley who liaises between the wards and the kitchens to ensure patient get the meals which are nutritious and best for their recoveries explained how the popular new additions to the menu are perfect for patients who are not well enough to manage a traditional meal. The Trust is also investigating light snacks, again for patients who haven't eaten at the traditional mealtime

The soups on offer were Cauliflower with Apple and Potato with Watercress.
