Gemma Stokes and Anna Maffin who work in Occupational Health at CRH have both completed their NVQ level 2 in customer service.

The nine month course in customer service started in June last year was advertised on the intranet and the qualification was completed through the Wakefield College.

Anna said:: “I haven’t studied for a number of years and this has given me confidence, and I’m planning on going on to do sign language course soon.”

Gemma, said: “With not studying for such a long time, I was worried about it but now it has given me the confidence to carry on, and plan to go on to level three.”
