Christmas dinner disaster? Does a cold pork pie on Intensive Care Unit count? Although to be fair I love my colleagues & there are always loads of chocolate & homemade goodies too.

Best bit about Christmas? Discovering Brussel sprouts. When I was eight, my grandparents were over for Christmas, and my grandmother made some sprouts. We'd never had them before, because my mom isn't a fan. And I've adored them ever since.

Fave present ever and why? My first time I went to the opera with my family. "The Magic Flute" is truly magical.
