Our healthcare assistants are currently setting the pace for training bookings -  as our first week of EPR training got underway right across the Trust.

Lead EPR modernisation nurse Jackie Murphy congratulated them for an amazing sign-up rate.

Trust-wide, across all colleagues, we have now topped 80% signed up.  This week F&SS division stay top of our leader table with 92% of their colleagues booked on, closely followed by Medicine at 91%.

Training will continue for the next six weeks and our e-Rostered colleagues need to ensure theirs is booked as a priority. Our records show 1,000 have still to book on. Even though they have all been allocated a training slot in their rota they still need to book onto their own course so that we know which course they are due to attend and their managers are also aware. Training IS NOT automatically scheduled.

And with little over 50 days to go-live, this month's Big Brief was an EPR special. As well as divisional updates there was information given in brief about our planning for go-live. There will be lots more communications around what's happening. Acre House is a flurry of activity as the EPR team are in a full dress rehearsal of the cutover weekend! Watch this space.
