If you have surplus furniture or a large item, (not medical equipment) please contact the porters so they can be taken away and disposed of. 

We can often find a home to reuse furniture and equipment. If we can’t reuse it we recycle all metal and other items go for energy reclamation, so we are not contributing to landfill.

There will be extra collections for the extra waste that is generated but please use the helpdesks so that the process can be managed and do not simply leave the items on a corridor.
