Our Charity team received some lovely feedback from Clinical Governance Facilitator, Jacqui Howarth, for their Letters from Santa initiative.

Jacqui bought two letters for her grandchildren, aged nine and five. She said: "My nine-year-old grandson was in awe and absolutely delighted with his letter. His sister, the five-year-old, was sceptical as she didn't believe Santa had been watching her without her knowing! I'm really happy that someone will be receiving a gift whilst they are in hospital over Christmas."

Other feedback the Charity have had for the letters includes:

"I just wanted to say my children have both received their Santa letters which I did through the Charity, and they were fab. Thank you so much."

"My children loved the Santa Letters; they brought so much joy to our home."

"Would just like to say a big thanks for the Santa Letters, my child was really impressed!"

This was the first year Letters from Santa was offered and there have been 50 letters sent out in total, with the furthest one getting all the way to the other side of Manchester.

All the money raised has gone towards the Charity's Give a Gift Campaign. The Charity is just £300 away from reaching the total. The deadline for donating is tomorrow afternoon. Thank you to everyone who has supported this fundraising project so far.
