Jo Bibby, Place Chair, Calderdale Cares Partnership and Robin Tuddenham, Place Lead, Calderdale Cares Partnership and Chief Executive Calderdale Council, have shared their thanks to colleagues across the Partnership this Christmas.

The message is below as well as on their website.

Dear colleague,

As the year draws to a close, and we reflect on 2024 we would like to thank you for your continued hard work to keep people safe and well in Calderdale.

This has been a year of shared achievements, challenges, and growth.

A highlight for our partnership this year was being named as a finalist for three HSJ awards. This is a testament of the strength of our partnership. A partnership that’s built on trust and collaboration. None of this would be possible without the dedication and commitment that each of you bring.

There will be lots to do together next year so that our communities continue to have access to the care and services they need to maintain or improve their health and well-being. There is no doubt, this will be challenging, but by playing to our strengths we can make a positive different together.

We know many of you will be working or volunteering over this festive period, but hope you are able to take time to rest and re-charge over the coming weeks.

On behalf of the Calderdale Cares Partnership Board, Merry Christmas. Thank you for everything you do—now and every day.
