CHFT is in the process of transitioning to a new system for the management of all occupational health activity.

The new system, OPAS-G2, will launch on Tuesday, 31st December. This system is much simpler for managers to use and could save time with the management referral submission processes by as much as 50%. It includes a handy manager dashboard with a timeline, so you can see at a glance what stage each referral is at.

Our current system, Cohort, will no longer be supported after 31 December 2024. Please ensure you access the Cohort portal to save any historic management referral reports to a secure drive before this date. The last day for management referrals into Cohort will be Monday 30 December 2024.

The Occupational Health team are working hard to ensure that there will be minimal disruption to services during the transition period.

Managers will be sent an email from Occupational Health this week, with step-by-step instructions on accessing the new system and making referrals. They'll also advise on saving a shortcut to the system.

Their intranet pages will also be updated this week.
