Our Charity’s Give a Gift Appeal is careering toward its target of raising £5,000 by Christmas Eve – thanks to kind donations from colleagues and members of the local community.

Fundraising Coordinator, Emma-Leigh Quinn, said: "It is heart-warming to see so many individuals, local businesses and community groups come together to support our Christmas Appeal to ensure that every patient will receive a gift on Christmas Day. We are so close to our target, that it would be amazing to reach it by Christmas Eve, which was always the aim.

“We know that some inpatients may not have family close by who can visit, and this may be the only gift they receive. Christmas can be a very lonely and challenging time for some of our patients and a donation of just £5 could bring a little festive magic and brighten up their day."
