Community Midwives Administration Support Officer, Teresa Connolly, is planning to treat her family and colleagues after finding out she was the lucky winner of the £500 voucher prize for filling in her staff survey.

Teresa, who was picked as the winner by our survey provider Picker, said: “I always fill in the staff survey as I think it’s really important that everyone has their say and expresses their ideas and how they are feeling. This means that the Trust management and board have honest feedback from all areas and all colleagues.

“I have five grandchildren, so they’ll get another treat for Christmas and I will get my work colleagues some nice chocolates to share as they deserve it and go above and beyond every day.”

Thank you to those colleagues who completed their Staff Survey, which closed at the end of November. The national survey team now need to collate the responses, and we'll get our results early next year, so watch this space.
