West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts (WYATT) recently celebrated the end of the second Senior Leadership Programme, with colleagues from across the six members trusts, mental health and community collaboratives coming together to reflect on their system learning to WYAAT executives about their experiences.
The Programme, which had a 100% retention rate, develops aspiring leaders across our region via a series of workshops, mentoring, placements, and online learning, focused on providing practical exposure to system working and developing system leaders to contribute to forward-thinking collaboration.
Attending from CHFT were Director of Midwifery, Gemma Puckett, and Head of Estates, Tom Donaghey. Find out more about the programme on WYATT's Senior Leadership Programme webpage.
