Our Shining Star nominations, set up as part of Colleague Appreciation Week, are running to this coming Saturday, with five chances for the nominator and nominee to win a £30 voucher.

This week's super feedback is for Pharmacist, Hayley Webster, pictured middle, who brings 'positivity and happiness to the team'.

Hayley was nominated by Pharmacy Technician, Deborah Dessi, who wrote: "What an amazing colleague to have. No matter what happens, Hayley always brings positivity and happiness to the team. Now nicknamed the "Hayley Effect", as we know when Hayley is working it will be a good day.

"Hayley is an exceptional Pharmacist and line manager. She has broken down barriers and made the Dedicated Ward Pharmacy (DWP) team well and truly integrated with the all the staff on the Acute Floor. Relationships have been fostered and nurtured to ensure that our focus is on achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients.

"She is passionate, knowledgeable, efficient, patient-focused and compassionate. She goes above and beyond every day and this has a knock-on effect on the rest of the team."
