Since we launched our new Patient Portal on 30th September, more than 22,500 patients have registered on the system.
We know that many colleagues are patients, and are also signing up.
It's important that you use a personal email address when registering.
It's not only best practice, but it's increasingly important, as more colleagues will need to log in to use the Portal in their day-to-day jobs at CHFT. For example in future, colleagues will be able to log in and signpost various resources to patients about their condition, replacing paper documentation and this will need to be with a CHFT email address.
If you have registered with your CHFT email address to view your own records, please email phones.team@cht.nhs.uk and the change will be made for you.
What can I see in the Patient Portal?
This is the main question that people are asking. Currently you can see appointment information, allergies and your contact details. From next January, some blood test results will also be available.
You can read more, see information and videos, and register on our website pages.
