Ideagen / InPhase will replace our current Datix incident reporting system on Monday, 6th January 2025.

Initially the modules that colleagues will have access to mirror those in Datix, so colleagues will access Incidents, Complaints, Central Alerting System (CAS) Alerts and Legal modules. 

We are finalising our testing of the new modules and will shortly be sharing guidance that is bespoke to CHFT.

Please complete your training by the end of November

To support the changeover, our Quality Team is asking as many colleagues as possible to complete their training before the end of November.

How to access the training

There is a guidance document attached to the bottom of this story. It includes a step-by-step guide with screenshots.

There are several modules on the training platform. Please complete the Incident Oversight App Training – Certified training section. This includes a video and an assessment. 

The report builder session is not for all colleagues, so please do not complete this at the present time.
