Here's our Medical Director Neeraj Bhasin and Chief Nurse Lindsay Rudge, pictured this morning in the Eye Clinic at Acre Mills, as they have jointly launched our Clinical Strategy to take us through to 2029.
Neeraj said: “It’s a real pleasure to launch our new Clinical Strategy in my first weeks as Medical Director, especially as we’re in the middle of our biggest transformation to date.
“The strategy was co-created with our colleagues, and I thank everyone who had an input. It clearly lays out our clinical aims and aspirations for the next five years, but it is also intrinsically entwined with our vison, values and One Culture of Care.
Lindsay added: “It will allow us to focus on providing the most effective clinical care for patients, supporting improved outcomes for all. To achieve it we’ll also need a lens on collaborative working, as well as making sure CHFT is seen as a great place to work, so that we can retain colleagues and attract new talent into #TeamCHFT.
“I hope you’ll take some time to have a read of it as it also outlines strategies by specialty too.”
You can find the Strategy on the Policies and Documents Library as well as the Publications section of our website.
