Speak Up Month ended last week, with our Freedom to Speak up Guardians reporting a bumper turnout at their weekly Be Seen in Green Wednesdays and other events they held across the month. And they have now finalised a regular weekly drop-in session at both CRH and HRI, so that colleagues can pop along and visit them - see below for the days.

Freedom to Speak Up Guardian, Carol Gregson, said: “Caroline (Lane) and I would just like to thank everyone for their contribution. Whether it be one of our lovely ambassadors or the Senior Management Team helping at our weekly stalls. Or colleagues from CHFT, THIS or CHS stopping by and having a chat – we are grateful that Freedom to Speak Up has received the attention it so deserves.

“Special thanks in the final week went to Clinical Manager, Stephanie Anderson, from Brighouse Health Centre who welcomed me. It was great to see the district nurse team and chat about what speaking up is in our organisation.

“We also plan to share a questionnaire before the end of the year to help shape the service going forward.”
