Creative Minds, a charity hosted by South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, is now accepting funding applications from local not-for-profit organisations to provide creative activities such as arts, leisure, recreation, horticulture, physical activity and sport activities.

Organisations can apply for funding between £1-£4k (max of £1,000 for small, constituted groups) and all applications above £1k must identify match funding as part of their application. This funding will enable local not-for-profit organisations or groups to deliver a variety of creative initiatives to benefit health and wellbeing.
