An opportunity for band 6 and above pharmacists, nurses, midwives, AHPs and medical, dental or public health trainees at IMT3/ST3+ level to take a One Year Out Programme Experience (OOPE) leadership fellowship to gain valuable leadership experience. 

Participants will be given the opportunity to work alongside local and regional leaders, learn about the structure and operations in a variety of NHS Trusts and partake in a project of their interest with support from a supervisor.  

They will also be able to attend personal and professional development courses and complete a funded PG Certificate or equivalent.

Applications are open from Monday, 4th November until Wednesday, 27th November.
