October is Black History Month and to mark the occasion, every Tuesday Ingleton Falls at CRH are putting on a new and exclusive dish inspired by Black culture. 

On Tuesday, 22nd October the dish will be Congolese Ntaba with rice.

Friday, 25th October is also National Pasta Day and there will be a choice of pasta dishes available at lunchtime, including Spaghetti Bolognese, Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta Bake and Macaroni Cheese. All come with a side dish.
