Representatives from our new Patient Portal provider, Patients Know Best, will be at CHFT on Tuesday, 15th October speaking to colleagues and patients about the portal and the benefits it can bring. They’ll be joined by DrDoctor representatives, who provide our digital interactive appointment messaging service.

Here’s where you can find them:

Between 10:00 and 12:30 in the main entrance of HRI and outside Ingleton Falls at CRH.

Drop-in for colleagues:

• CRH from 14:00 to 16:30 – Syndicate room 1, Learning Centre
• HRI from 14:30 to 16:30 – Lecture Theatre

All colleagues are welcome to come to the drop-in sessions to find out more about the patient portal and how it could be used to support their services.
