Speech and Language Therapist, Frances Avery, is our first weekly National Staff Survey prize draw winner, bagging herself a £30 Love to Shop voucher for sharing her views.

Frances said: “I always complete the Staff Survey. It’s an opportunity to share how I’m feeling at work, and I’m aware that if I don’t use that opportunity, there won’t be any changes made to make things better. I also like to share what’s going well too.

“Funnily enough I also get a prompt from my sister Caroline. She works in the team who run the survey in her Mental Health Trust in Sheffield and we often have conversations about it.”

Colleagues will have received a reminder today with their own survey link. Our survey provider Picker also run the weekly prize draw for us to keep it completely confidential.

Your responses are completely confidential and anonymous, it only takes 15 minutes to complete, and the closing date is Tuesday, 29th November 2024.
