On Thursday 3 October 2024, the Yorkshire Ambulance Service Patient Transport Service (PTS) system, Cleric, will be taken offline for planned downtime from 17:00, which we expect to last for at least five hours.

During this time, journeys can only be booked for the same day (Thursday 3 October) or the next day (Friday 4 October) by calling 0330 678 4000. YAS will be running a business continuity plan to ensure they complete the usual service levels of patient journeys.

Whilst there may be some delays in providing details to crews for patient journeys, they expect the service to run as normal.
