The National Staff Survey 2024 is now open. Every year we ask our colleagues to share their experiences of working at CHFT. The Staff Survey helps us to understand what it is like for colleagues across different parts of the Trust and work to make improvements.

Look out for an email from Picker with a link to the survey. Your responses are completely confidential and anonymous, it only takes 15 minutes to complete, and the closing date is Tuesday, 29th November 2024.

The email may go into your 'Other' inbox. If you don't have time to complete it yet, you can right click the email and select 'Move to Focused' to save it in your main emails for later.

Each week Picker will be selecting at random one lucky colleague who has completed the survey to win a £30 Love To Shop voucher.

The results from last year's survey showed several ways we could improve colleagues experiences working at CHFT, including refreshing our wellbeing offer to include financial wellbeing. From this feedback, CHFT now offers products to support colleagues financial wellbeing such as Wagestream, Credit Union and our top up shops. This year has also seen wellbeing advisors join each division to provide support.

CHS colleagues take part in their own survey, so will not receive an email from Picker.
