Our No Scrubs netball team are on the lookout for new members. The team play on Tuesday evenings each week, either at Park Lane Academy in Halifax or Halifax Grammar School.

It costs £5 per match to play. This can either be paid in instalments or per season and is paid via bank transfer. The team have a group WhatsApp which new players are invited to. Each week a poll is created to see who is wanting to play that week, so there is no pressure to play every week.

Physiotherapist and No Scrubs player, Morgan Angland, said: "Playing with No Scrubs has allowed me to make friends with colleagues of the Trust I would not usually see on a daily basis. It is a fun, social way to keep fit."

Physiotherapist, Amy Green, helps to run the league alongside Physiotherapist, Chloe Pickering, and Occupational Therapist, Clare Smith. Amy said: "No Scrubs has been a great opportunity to re-learn a brilliant team sport which many of us have not played since school. It's been great getting to know other colleagues, we always have fun and don't take ourselves too seriously! We will always welcome new players."

The team competes in division two of the Halifax Powerleague. If you would like to join, or want more information, please contact either amy.green@cht.nhs.uk, clare.fieldingsmith@cht.nhs.uk or chloe.pickering@cht.nhs.uk
