Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is fully operational in our car parks at Huddersfield. To avoid receiving a Parking Control Notice (PCN), please take note of the important reminders below.
- Please make sure that you have both registered on Nexus and fully completed your application. You can apply and see guidance on the car parking pages of the intranet
- Please check that you have the correct vehicle registration number set up on Nexus
- If you feel the PCN has been incorrectly issued to you, please use the appeals process on the PCN. The Car Parking Team or General Office cannot intervene at this stage
You can choose to pause your permit and stop paying but you will waive the rights to park in any of our Trust car parks
If you want to pause your permit, you must make sure you are registered on the Nexus Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. When you register from the car parking page, please select the Park and Ride Only option and include a payroll number. *This applies even if you plan to make your own way to work*. We need you to register so that we can remove you from the schedule of monthly payroll deductions. You must register by the 4th working day of the month to allow the Car Parking Team to get the information to payroll. If you miss the deadline you will still be charged for that month.
If you are already on Nexus ANPR, please email your registration number to reset.parking@cht.nhs.uk
In both cases, please note that you will waive the rights to park in any of our Trust car parks.
