Every autumn everyone who works in the NHS in England is invited to take part in the NHS Staff Survey. It's one of the largest workforce surveys in the world and has been running for over 20 years.

The survey offers a snapshot in time of how people experience their working lives, gathered at the same time each year. The Staff Survey helps CHFT to understand what it is like for colleagues across different parts of the Trust and work to make improvements. Your responses are completely confidential and anonymous, it only takes 15 minutes to complete, and the closing date is 29th November 2024.
