A patient safety incident has highlighted that some colleagues are not using the correct number to request fast bleeps to medics at CRH.

The number to be used is 2222, the same number used at HRI.

In no circumstances should colleagues dial 300 or 0 for Switchboard, as this can cause delays and impact on patient care.
