Last week we reminded colleagues that InPhase will replace Datix by November. Following publication we learned that the company which manages InPhase has changed to Ideagen, and there is now a new way to access the training.

What does this mean for me?

• Colleagues who have already completed the training will not need to do anything else.
• Colleagues who have registered, but have not fully completed their training will need to register on the new training page to complete their training. We're sorry for this inconvenience.

How to access the training

There is a guidance document attached to the bottom of this story. It includes a step by step guide with screenshots.

There are several modules on the training platform. Please complete the Incidents Module and complete the accreditation test following that. 

If you want to proceed and do the other modules, please do so.  The report builder session is not for all colleagues, so please do not complete this at the present time.
