It's Project Search's first-ever National Supported Internship Day today, and the team are asking for your support on social media. Here's former graduate and Healthcare Assistant, Toseef Ahmed, who now works proudly alongside his colleagues in the Enhanced Care Team on Ward 19.

What was the best thing about being a PS intern?
The best thing about being on Project Search was learning new skills and meeting wonderful staff.
How did you feel when you got a paid role?
I was over the moon knowing I have made impact in my work. I felt happy that people with disabilities can make a difference.
What are the main tasks in your role?
My current role in involves working with patients who live with dementia , delirium and cognitive impairments. I provide engagement activities to support their daily activities.
