A Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) study is underway by the Clinical Education team and is being led by Clinical Educator, Ablah Samuel.

Ablah said: “The study currently involves adult nurses and nursing associates, and will soon be extended to involve midwives and paediatric nurses, including those in a community setting.

“Please take part, as it is your chance to voice your own learning needs - highlighting your strengths and where you have challenges, as it will help us understand how to support you.

"Once we have your feedback we can design educational plans that are tailored and can aid in your professional development. Your participation in and support of this study will be of major benefit to yourself, the Trust and our service users, as increased confidence and competence leads to safer care."

Thank you in advance for your engagement with the LNA. You can find links below or on the Clinical Education pages of the intranet
