Attendance Management Group Policy (including Sickness Absence)

What has changed? A new section on the Health Passport and refreshed guidance on reasonable adjustments.

Colleagues requiring adjustments to support them in the workplace may wish to complete a Health passport. The passport is designed for staff who have a long-term health condition, mental health condition, neurodiversity, or disability/learning disability or difficulty, to help them access the support they may need in the workplace.
