COMPASSIONATE LEADERSHIP TRAINING - AUTUMN 2024

We invite you to join Cohort 5 of our Compassionate Leadership Programme - due to take place in Batley in Autumn 2024.  This three-day face-to-face course focuses on building compassionate relationships by empathising with colleagues, and supporting them to cope with work challenges. Rather than having all the answers, compassionate leaders engage with their teams to find shared solutions. Inclusive and psychologically safe environments are essential for compassionate leadership, promoting belonging, trust, and creativity. Research shows that compassionate leadership benefits staff wellbeing and organisational outcomes.
