Our Research Team is seeking to gather the views of colleagues on the ways we can increase opportunities for our patients and develop our CHFT workforce within research, in line with their recently launched strategy.

Medical Oncologist and Oncology Research Lead, Dr Emma Rathbone, said: "Although our research at CHFT is successful, we're always looking to expand and increase research opportunities at CHFT, and your views help us to do that. The research survey aims to gather information on an organisational, divisional and directorate level, as well as seeking out your individual view.

"So, whether you're a nurse, midwife, AHP or clinician, please take the time to complete the survey so the research team can continue to develop and help improve outcome and treatment options for our patients."
