Sadly, one of our chaplains, Father Peter Nealon, died on Sunday 23rd June 2024 in St Gemma's Hospice, Leeds.

Father Peter was appointed as our Roman Catholic Chaplain in 2005, taking on the role within his parish ministry. He was deeply committed to offering care and support to patients and their families, not only from the Roman Catholic community but always willing to support anyone in need, whether Sacraments and prayers or simply a listening ear. He was a valued member of the chaplaincy team, passionate about his ministry and supported the team with wisdom and kindness. He will be greatly missed.

Father Peter's Obituary may be found be on the Roman Catholic Diocese of Leeds website. Fr Peter Nealon RIP - Diocese of Leeds
