Please continue to report all incidents of violence and aggression on DATIX. These can come from patients, visitors or colleagues and can include, but are not limited to:

• Racism
• Sexism
• Bullying
• Harassment
• Physical abuse

You can also report any health and safety accidents and near misses in the same way. These can include:

• Slips and trips
• Sharps injuries
• Moving and handling injuries

It's important to report these incidents so our health and safety team can spot any trends, patterns or hot spots, and then work to put extra measures in place to try and reduce them from happening again.

Meet PCSO Sharon Senior at a Contact Point meeting
