Pictures from the construction site of the new Learning and Development Centre at Calderdale Royal show the build is making great progress.

The modular units were installed in April, and now the internal wall partitions are being put into place. The build is expected to be completed in the autumn.

The new facility will replace the existing learning centre, and will provide:

  • Simulation teaching suites
  • Flexible spaces for individual and group learning
  • Library – providing flexible areas and access to all the latest clinical journals and papers
  • Kitchen facilities and rest areas
