Assistant Practitioner, Michelle Kennedy, who works on our Elective Orthopaedic Ward at CRH has recently received some lovely feedback from one of the patients she cared for following their surgery.

Michelle has worked for the CHFT 27 years, spending 25 years in the Community Division before moving to her hospital setting three months ago.

Michelle looked after her patient for only two days, but made a big impression, as they called our PALS team to request that this feedback was shared with her:

"Michelle has been an absolute diamond since the moment I opened my eyes from surgery. She has been there for me and has done everything for me. She's one-of-a-kind and a really great person."

Michelle said: "I feel really proud and just elated after receiving the compliment. I am always pleased to receive positive feedback from a patient, as it makes my job worthwhile."
