As we head into spring and summer, Sophie Simpson, from SS Dance & Fitness has just four spaces remaining in her regular dance fitness classes, which she runs every Tuesday evening at HRI.

Active Workplace Dance Fitness is a combination of medium - high impact dance routines; a great, fun way to dance yourself fit. This class will keep you on your toes and give you the energy boost that you need after working all day in a high stress environment. The fusion of different dance styles means that you get a variety of benefits, from fitness and endurance to flexibility and mobility, to strength and toning, anything and everything involved in this class is a way to improve your body, health and overall wellbeing.

Consultant, Sylvia Feyler, said about the sessions: “I’ve never experienced a class where you smile and laugh throughout the whole time.”

And Operations Manager, Lisa Radcliffe, said: “I always look forward to going, even after a full day's work. I find it good for the soul and I love the music we dance to.”

Sophie has space for 15 colleagues in total, so it’s soon going to be a full class.

Anyone who would like to try is welcome to a free trial. You can book a space on the website: https://ssdancewellbeing.co.uk/item/active-workplace-dance-fitness, or contact Sophie directly by email - ssdancewellbeing@outlook.com
