This year's Audit Competition, looking for the best audits performed by colleagues is still open for entries. The entries will be judged by your peers and should be from the previous 12 months. We welcome audits from clinical and non-clinical staff of all grades.  

Have you completed an audit recently? Would you like your findings to reach a wider audience? Why not compete to present at our Trust-wide meeting on Wednesday 26th June between 14:00 and 16:00 in The Lecture Theatre, CRH? 

Simply contact Audits@cht.nhs.uk  for a short form and send us this with a copy of your completed audit report or presentation. The closing date for submissions is Thursday, 23rd May.

The four highest scoring audits will be chosen for presentation and receive a Certificate of Excellence. All submissions will receive a certificate of participation and peer-reviewed feedback for learning and reflection.

We know there is lots of great audit going on in the Trust. This is your chance to share what you've achieved.
