Policy Changes
Lone Working Group Policy  New policy to replace the Community Lone Working Guidelines.                         
Fluid Balance Policy  New policy.
Specimen Collection, Handling and Transportation incorporating Blood Cultures Merger of this policy and now incorporates the Blood Culture Policy. Full review of references and appendix.
Security Management Policy  This is a joint policy between CHS and CHFT - the roles and responsibilities have been added to reflect this.
Chaperone Policy for Intimate Examinations Inclusion of exemption for ultrasound examinations within the 'specialty specific scenario' section.
Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) Policy Review to align to the new NHS England BCMS Toolkit 2023 and comments received on the Core Standards 2023 submission.
Food Hygiene Group Policy Changed to current national standards.
Ligature Policy Explicit links to support for colleagues.
The Medicine Code - Preparation and Administration of Medicines Unregistered Practitioners must escalate an omission to the person who delegated the task.
The Medicine Code – Medication History and Reconciliation Information sources updated.
Password Group Policy Reviewed and updated CDIO and Cyber Lead titles.
