Our Children and Young People Team at CHFT are setting up a forum for parents and carers whose children have attended our hospitals. In order to design these forums to meet the needs of families, the team would like feedback from parents or carers who have had children receive care within the past 12 months at CHFT. 

The aim of the forum is to celebrate what's working well, but to also provide the team an opportunity to listen to the voices of the families who use our services and learn more about what is important to them. Lead Nurse for Children and Young People, Julie Mellor, said: "We hope to scope out common themes of what families would like to see so we can work with them to consider their ideas."
